1. Who we are
Amazing Media ("we", "us") operates web products including public ranking boards and claimable position services, accessible via amazingmedia.net and its subdomains. Contact: hello@amazingmedia.net.
2. The service
Our products allow you to acquire a ranked position, slot or claimable item on a public board by paying a stated amount. Position order is determined by payment amount and, for equal amounts, by time of payment (earlier first). Rankings are commercial placements and are clearly presented as such; they are not editorial endorsements.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required; the checkout page shows the final amount before you pay.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. You can exercise it by writing to hello@amazingmedia.net. If you ask us to publish your position immediately after purchase and you then withdraw, we may deduct a proportionate amount corresponding to the publication period already used.
5. Acceptable use
You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringes third-party rights, or impersonates another person or business. We may remove entries that violate these terms and refund at our discretion.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We may modify or discontinue individual boards with reasonable notice. Paid positions affected by early discontinuation will be refunded pro rata.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Spanish law, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
